1. Organising Body
This competition is organised by Hi-Grade Door Solutions, located on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia. For inquiries, please contact us with the contact details provided at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents on the Gold Coast/South Brisbane who are 18 years of age or older.

3. Competition Duration

• The competition runs from 29/10/2024 to 20/12/2024 at 5pm QLD time.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must book in and undergo a garage door service with Hi-Grade Door Solutions before COB Friday 20th of December 2024. To enter, customers must mention the ad at the time of booking their service.
• Each booking constitutes one entry into the competition.

5. Prize

• The prize consists of a $200 gift voucher.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on 23/12/2024.
• The winner will be notified via phone on the day of selection.

7. Claiming Prizes

• The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to claim the prize will result in disqualification and a new winner will be drawn.

8. General Conditions

• Hi-Grade Door Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.
• Any participant found to be using fraudulent methods to enter will be disqualified.

9. Liability

• Hi-Grade Door Solutions are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.
• Participants enter the competition at their own risk.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
